These Terms and Conditions regulate the contracting of services offered by Go Event Canarias, including the organization and management of sports events, excursions, recreational activities, and associated transportationwithin the Canary Islands.
By making a reservation with us, you expressly accept the conditions described below.
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations must be made through the official contact channels provided by Go Event Canarias (website, social media, email, or phone).
In some cases, a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the booking.
A reservation will only be considered confirmed once Go Event Canarias expressly communicates confirmation to the client.
The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
By the client:
If the client wishes to cancel or modify a reservation, they must notify Go Event Canarias as early as possible.
Depending on the type of event or transportation booked, cancellation fees may apply if notice is given with little time in advance or after the service has been acquired.
In case of a no-show on the day of the event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
By Go Event Canarias:
If, due to external causes (such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or force majeure), the event or excursion cannot take place, Go Event Canarias will offer either:
a new date, or
a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
5. Transportation and Punctuality
All schedules and meeting points must be respected to ensure the proper running of the activity.
Go Event Canarias is not responsible for any loss of service if the client fails to arrive on time.
All transportation services are carried out in compliance with current safety regulations.
6. Behavior and Rules During Activities
Participants must maintain appropriate and respectful behavior throughout the activities, both with company staff and other attendees.
Go Event Canarias reserves the right to exclude, without refund, any person displaying inappropriate or dangerous behavior.
The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during transfers or activities is strictly prohibited, except when explicitly permitted.
7. Liability
Go Event Canarias acts as the organizer and coordinator of events but is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from rule violations or negligent behavior by participants.
Participants are responsible for following the staff’s instructions and complying with all safety regulations.
8. Use of Images
During some events or excursions, Go Event Canarias staff may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such material, please notify us before the activity begins.
